Rosé is back in vogue - the most famous representatives came and still come from Provence. Feiniwy.ch offers an exciting selection ranging from single-varietal to cuvée wines. The rosé, which is made from red wine varieties, gets its fresh colour from a short maceration period, i.e. the grape must is only in contact with the pressed skins for a short time. The rosé is then produced in a similar way to a white wine, which gives most rosés their typical freshness.
