Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel and large wooden barrels. Matured on the fine lees in wooden barrels and stainless steel for 9 months.

COLOUR Straw yellow colour with a reddish tinge
Smell subtly aromatic, pronounced bouquet, fruity (melon, peach), spicy, mineral
TASTE Full-bodied and yet with a lot of tension, fresh and fruity, dry
Optimum drinking maturity: 2 - 6 years
