General Terms and Conditions of Feiniwy.ch, Weinbüro Felber, Chapfstrasse 106, 8126 Zumikon

1 The most recently published price list replaces all previous editions.

2 Our prices are inclusive of VAT, ex our cellar in Zumikon, in CHF per unit. Payment is made by prepayment, credit card, postcard or TWINT. Changes to the range, vintage, price and codification are possible at any time and do not require prior notification. We reserve the right to correct typing errors and obvious mistakes. Claims for damages in this respect are excluded.

3. feiniwy.ch sells its wines at competitive prices. For this reason it is not possible for us to grant discounts.

4. advance payment by bank transfer within 7 days, after which the order will be cancelled.

5. the goods are dispatched exclusively against advance payment.

6. dispatch is usually by post or carrier (Switzerland) against settlement of our own costs. From a purchase of Fr. 150.00 the shipping costs are waived.

7 The goods travel at the customer's risk.

8 Complaints must be made in writing within ten working days of receipt of the goods.

9. subject to prior sale, vintage and price changes.

10 Unfortunately, our calculation does not allow us to replace faulty bottles.

11 Alcoholic beverages may not be sold to minors under the age of 18 within Switzerland in accordance with the statutory provisions. By placing an order, you expressly accept our General Terms and Conditions and confirm that you are authorised to make the purchase. The customer is obliged to ensure that only he himself or a person of legal age authorised by him can accept delivery of the goods.

18 We deal with wines, but not with your personal data. Therefore, we only collect the data that is necessary to process your order and to simplify the handling of returning customers. Personal customer data is treated confidentially in accordance with data protection legislation and is neither passed on to third parties nor used or sold for third-party advertising.

19 The place of jurisdiction is Meilen, Switzerland.

20 These GTC may be amended at any time and without prior notice.

21 A right of cancellation is not granted.
