Tasting note:

Klar und glänzend, kirschrot mit violettem Einschlag. Kraftvolle Nase mit grosser aromatischer Vielfalt, im Wesentlichen rote, reife Früchte, balsamische, Gewürz- und Röstnoten. Im Mund voluminös mit intensiven und langanhaltenden süsslichen und lieblichen Noten. Am Gaumen ebenso komplex wie in der Nase, elegant und mit Persönlichkeit.

It guarantees that yields are extremely limited, in keeping with the harsh Castilian climate and the poor soils. This leads to a high concentration in the grapes, which in turn is the prerequisite for the quality of the wines.
