Cava Augusti Torello Mata:

Agustí Torelló Mata was a pioneer who founded his own winery in 1959. Since then, his name has been synonymous not only with cavas, but also with sparkling wines of great quality. It has been the family commitment and the special effort of a great team of professionals who, year after year, have been able to produce wines with a unique personality, transforming the must of the best grapes into complex and outstanding cavas.

The Cava building is located in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, but the grapes used to make the wines come from different regions of the Penedès, all of which contribute to the complexity of the Catalan terroir. Agustí Torelló has created a range of exquisite and particularly expressive wines that express the local character with the greatest elegance, out of the deepest respect for the land and history and emphasising the traditional grape varieties.
