Decanter: 92 points
Alcohol content: 13% vol.
Grape varieties: 100% Chardonnay
Vinification:
The grapes are harvested and sorted by hand. The musts are pressed using a pneumatic press
before they are racked. The alcoholic fermentation lasts 4 weeks and takes place for a portion (55 %) in French oak barrels, 25 % of which are new oak.
The maturation period lasts 16 months with regular stirring, while the rest of the mixture matures in vats.
This allows the wine to develop delicate woody notes while retaining its freshness and unmistakable character.
Tasting note:
This wine shows exceptionally complex flavours and a fresh nose with white flowers and spices.
The lively attack turns into a soft, oily palate thanks to the oak maturation. The
Flavours and aromas combine harmoniously to create an elegant wine.
