Vinification:

Vinification is carried out with Minuty's perfect understanding of vinification temperatures, which are low enough to preserve the aromatic potential of the grapes but high enough to bring out their subtleties. Grenache is used for its elegant aromas, Syrah for its aromatic complexity, Cinsault for its vibrancy and Rolle, a top white variety from Provence known for its earthy flavours.

Tasting note:

Shimmering pink with crisp aromas reminiscent of yellow grapefruit, whitecurrant, blood orange and fresh berries. On the palate, the M de Minuty is just as crisp, powerful and clean with a lovely salty and tangy aftertaste. A lively Provence rosé wine that packs a punch.
