Vinifiaktion:
Traditional mash fermentation in steel tanks at 30 °C, maceration for 18 days, followed by malolactic fermentation.
Tasting note:
Deep dark ruby colour, opaque core, violet reflections, delicate edge brightening. Ripe cherry fruit, delicate hints of figs and blueberries, a hint of caramel, cardamom. Complex, juicy, good freshness, dark berry confit, present, well-integrated tannins, chocolaty finish, good length, a powerful food wine.
