Grape varieties: 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Petit Verdot, 20% Alicante Bouschet

Vinification:

Fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature for a fortnight. Maturation in concrete tanks for 8 months before bottling.

Tasting note:

Intense red colour with violet reflections. The nose is floral and fruity, with notes of plums, blackberries and cherries. Fresh and juicy on the palate, with good structure and young tannins.

Villa Santo Stefano:

The winery produces around 60,000 bottles of red and white wine and 4,000 bottles of top-quality olive oil every year on 6.5 hectares of land in Lucca and 11 hectares in the Maremma.
