Vinification:

The wine was aged for 18 months in French oak barrels (80 %) and American oak barrels (20 %), of which 30 % are renewed every year.

Dichtes Granatrot mit purpurroten Reflexen. Schwarze Kirschen, schwarze Heidelbeeren und Süssholz in der zauberhaften Nase. Auch caramelisierte Nusstorte, Johannisbeergelée und dem Duft von dunklem Edelholz und warmen Gewürzen.

Bodega Los Astrales:

The "Los Astrales" winery was opened at the end of 2000 on the initiative of the Romera de la Cruz family. They are the third generation of winemakers in Anguix and have inherited a solid knowledge of wine from their parents. With their uncompromising quality philosophy, they have decided to stop supplying grapes to other wineries and instead produce their own wine.
