Tasting note:

The Chablis has a fresh and elegant bouquet with notes of citrus fruit, white-fleshed fruit and flowers. It is fresh and supple on the palate and has a beautiful minerality.
Chablis goes well with fish in a light sauce as well as seafood, oysters and sushi.
