Tasting note:
What intensity and complexity in this bouquet. At first it reveals its maturity, but also welcome fruity notes that gain definition and intensity as the minutes pass. I perceive flavours of blueberries, cassis, but also mint and liquorice. On the palate, the wine is characterised by the finesse and density of its tannins. They are perfectly integrated and harmonise with the tension of the acid structure. So much energy and balance in this wine. Fruity and persistent finish. Top performance.
