Vinification:

The base wine consists of 90 % Chardonnay and 10 % Pinot Noir grapes. The wine is aged 15 % in pièces and 85 % in steel tanks

Tasting note:

A new cuvée, a new interpretation of Franciacorta. Alma Non Dosato represents the contemporary and lively interpretation of the Bellavista vineyard. It is made mainly from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes. It is blended in the cellar with some "reserve" wines from previous vintages, with a cut that selects the most dynamic and reactive part of the vineyard. The colour is straw yellow with green reflections, the perlage is fine and continuous. Fresh and deep, the aromas range from fresh to white fruit. In the mouth it is fresh and savoury, complex and with a long and bright finish. A wine of solidity, class and elegance. In the mouth it is flavoursome, fresh and spicy; complex. Long, harmonious finish. Elegant and classic.

Bellavista Franciacorta:

Bellavista was founded in Franciacorta in 1977 by Vittorio Moretti, who decided to turn the small family-owned winery into a company. These first historic vineyards of exceptional quality are located on the Bellavista hill, named after its beautiful location. From there you can see Lake Iseo and the entire Po Valley as far as the Alps. The vines, which are on average 25 years old, are cultivated using the Guyot system.
