Maischegärung bei kontrollierter Temperatur und anschliessendem Barriqueausbau während 12-14 Monaten.

Tasting note:

Der Wein ist eine Cuvée aus den Sorten Manto Negro, Callet, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon und Syrah. Er reift zwölf bis vierzehn Monate in französischen Eichenfässern und hat eine kräftige Rubinfarbe mit eleganten Granatfarbtönen. Es stechen die Geschmacksnoten von Gewürzen, Trockenfrüchten, Fenchel und Lakritze hervor. Den Wein rundet der Geschmack nach reifen Früchten und ein feines Holzaroma ab.

The winery is located in Biniali. State-of-the-art technology is used to produce the wines, while traditional manual labour is maintained.

The vines themselves and the entire production process are subject to a system of environmentally friendly and ecological treatment, which endeavours to increase the quality of the grapes while respecting the natural development of the plant and the natural balance of the environment.

Cultivation is carried out with organic methods, using the ancient system of biodynamics for cultivation, pruning and harvesting.
