Tasting note:

The Paixar appears in a bright ruby red colour. The nose immediately detects blackberries, dark plums and blueberries. Shortly afterwards, there are hints of black pepper, a delicate barrel note, dried herbs, a balsamic note and a hint of bourbon vanilla. On the palate, this fine complexity of flavours is complemented by mineral tones that perfectly match the already silky and highly elegant tannins. Perfectly balanced, the pleasure experience leads to a finish that lasts for several minutes.
