Vinification:

The grapes are harvested by hand when they are ripe and come from three terroirs: Gassin, the site of the Château, with its beautiful crystalline slate; Vidauban, the historic site, with its deep red clay soils; and Ramatuelle, on the sand overlooking the sea, for lightness. Temperature control throughout vinification, fermentation and ageing in steel tanks. No malolactic fermentation, as with all Minuty rosés.

Tasting note:

Rose et Or is all about elegance. The aromas of sun-kissed and freshly picked ripe fruit range from vineyard peach to pear and melon. On the palate, Rose et Or is full and crisp, powerful and yet pure like flavoured spring water.
