Deep dark ruby-garnet colour, opaque core, violet reflections, delicate rim brightening. Delicate vanilla and candied orange zest, ripe plums, dark cherries, a hint of nougat. Complex, powerful, ripe heart cherries, present, supporting tannins, chocolaty texture on the finish, lingers well, a savoury food companion.
