vinified after thorough drying of the grapes of the indigenous grape variety gives the blend very intense notes of blackberries and black pepper. Berry jam, reminiscent of candied orange peel, and vegetal notes make up the bouquet

Tasting note:

The impressive softness is supported by an appropriate freshness and a spiciness that embodies the terroir well; the wine is balanced and harmonious. Persistent, the flavour fully matches the nose.
