Determining factors are the vine, the geological composition of the root soil, the climate, the cultivation (conventional or near-natural to certified organic), pruning, grape harvest (manual or mechanical) and finally the ageing and production of the wine in the wine cellar.
The wine experience is incredibly diverse - wine can smell of fruit, flowers, plants, spices and much more. These scents are divided into three categories:
Primary, secondary and tertiary flavours.
