Vinification:

Gentle whole-cluster pressing. Fermentation of the must in new and used barriques. Followed by partial malolactic fermentation. Matured on the fine lees for 10 months with regular battonage, followed by at least 6 months bottle ageing.

Tasting note:

Strong straw-yellow colour. Nutty basic flavours with a hint of fruit such as mango and honeydew melon and finely underlaid wood make this wine a harmonious whole.
