Vinification:

Jean-Etienne and François Matton mainly use Grenache for its elegant aromas, Cinsault for its freshness, Syrah for its complexity and a pinch of Tibouren from the sea for its delicate flavours. Temperature control throughout vinification, fermentation and ageing in steel tanks.

Tasting note:

The Minuty M is characterised by its balance and liveliness. Bright and brilliant in the glass. The nose is very intense with aromas of orange peel and redcurrants. On the palate, the M is smooth with a lovely freshness.
