The wine was aged in concrete tanks and spent just three months in used barriques.

Tasting note:

The wine is fresh and light, yet also shows maturity (14% ABV) and a very expressive nose with notes of berries, liquorice, Mediterranean herbs and a hint of spice. It has a soft palate that is juicy and fruit-driven, with a remarkable mouthfeel and finish. It features rich, fine-grained tannins and a harmonious balance.
