Vinification:

Hand-picked at the beginning of September, immediate pressing of the whole grapes with stems, fermentation at 16° C, no malolactic fermentation, on the lees until mid-February, bottling at the beginning of March.

Tasting note:

Delicate raspberry fragrance and a hint of liquorice on the nose; fresh attack and lovely juiciness on the palate, strawberries, mandarins and some rose aroma, elegantly flowing and fresh finish.
