Tasting note:

Light green-yellow in colour, silver reflections. Ripe yellow apple fruit, delicate spicy nuances, some lemon balm, smoky, subtle reduction note, candied limes, inviting bouquet. Full-bodied, yellow fruit, hints of mango, fine acidity, lively and well-balanced, salty and fresh on the finish, a versatile food companion.
