Tasting note:

The harvest of the ripe grapes is delayed, which leads to a drying out and concentration of acids, sugars and flavours in the fruit. The result is the "Gran Appassimento Primitivo - Antica Vinaia", a structured wine, full, robust, with a pronounced character of ripe grapes, naturally sweet, which bears the stamp of Puglia, a strong and passionate region. It has an intense ruby red colour with delicate violet reflections and a fruity, intense bouquet of ripe fruit reminiscent of black berry jam. The palate is warm and soft, rightly tannic. We recommend tasting at a temperature of 17/18 °C.
