Grape varieties: 85% Carignano, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Merlot

Vinification:

The grape varieties are vinified separately in stainless steel tanks. The wine then matures for a year and a half in American and French barriques, a good quarter of which are new oak.Tasting note:

Intense purple red with violet reflections. Multi-faceted and dense on the nose. With sweet, dark fruit, noble roasted notes, fine herbal spice and some tobacco. Complex on the palate. A powerful body with full-bodied, present tannins and a playful acidity. Flavours of blackberries, some cedar wood, dark chocolate, bergamot and eucalyptus. The finish is wonderfully long and smooth.
