Vinification:
Traditional sparkling wine aged in the bottle – an average of 25 months on the lees.
Tasting note:
Sparkling golden yellow with persistent, very fine bubbles. Opens with a delicate saltiness and crisp baguette, followed by hints of apricot and tropical fruit. Very juicy on the palate with more salty notes, concentrated fruit core, lingering finish.
