Vinification: This Blanc de Blancs Champagne is the result of an assemblage of more than 20 different vintages and has a dosage of 6 to 7 g/litre.

Tasting note:

Light golden yellow with green reflections, fine mousseux. On the nose, wet limestone, yellow grapefruit, ripe pear with a hint of lemon zest. Refreshing acidity on the palate, creamy mouthfeel, fine salinity. Gentle bitterness on the finish with an appealing length and delicate sweetness.

Pierre Péter's Champagne:

The Pierre Péters winery is located in the heart of the Côte des Blancs in the village of Le Mesnil sur Oger. The sixth generation is currently in charge of the family estate. Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs champagnes have been produced since 1919.

All the wines come exclusively from the estate's own vineyards. Pierre Peters currently cultivates just over 19 hectares of Chardonnay, mainly in the municipalities of Le Mesnil sur Oger, Oger, Avize and Cramant.
