Tasting note:

A classic cuvée that impresses with its lightness. Flavours of gooseberry and citrus zest carried by a beautifully integrated acidity give the champagne an incredible freshness.

J. Lassalle:

The Lassalle vineyard extends over 60 plots in the villages of Chigny les Roses, Ludes, Montbré, Puisieuls, Rilly la Montagne, Sermiers and Villers Allerand, all of which are Premier and Grand Cru sites.
The 16 hectares of the Lassalle estate are characterised by their grape varieties, 52% of which are Meunier, 22% Pinot Noir and 26% Chardonnay.

The vines at the winery are on average between 35 and 55 years old. We produce an average of 150,000 bottles per year.

This production, which respects the environment, the terroir and the original nature of the vineyards, is in line with the values we wish to preserve at the winery.
We always apply the know-how of winemaking traditions passed down over three generations in the vineyard and at the same time pride ourselves on being innovative. Our winery evolves with the life of our family business in order to offer the best possible cuvées.
