Vinification:

Very short maceration time and fermentation at a controlled temperature. Short maturation time in steel tanks for approx. 2 months.

Tasting note:

Bright baby pink with silver-coloured reflections. Reminiscent of wild strawberries, blossom honey and meadow flowers on the nose. Opens on the palate with a sweet, fruity flavour, also showing a pleasant freshness and a light herbal note, dominated somewhat by the sweetness in the finish.
