Tasting note:

It is a full-bodied, incredibly smooth wine that reinforces the concentration of the vintage with great freshness. Black cherry, mocha, liquorice, spices, menthol and chocolate are some of the notes that envelop the palate. It has fine, silky tannins and a long finish. Direct and energetic. Better to keep and drink from 2022.

Azienda Agricola Duemani:

At the Duemani estate, the three vineyards are arranged in the shape of an amphitheatre with a view of the sea. Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Syrah thrive there. The highest vineyard hill has the richest soil; it is planted with Cabernet.

The smallest, very stony vineyard is the centrepiece of the small Tuscan winery. The approximately 7,000 vines of the Syrah variety grow in bush training, i.e. without a support system consisting of wires, frames and stakes.
