Vinification:

Vinification is carried out using the Saignée method. After a maceration period of six to eight hours, the wine is drawn off the skins without pressing. Subsequent fermentation at low temperatures for 15-20 days in stainless steel tanks and rapid bottling.

Tasting note:

The Flower Power has a brilliant, light pink colour and smells of tropical fruits such as grapefruit, melon and pineapple. The palate is dominated by floral notes, some fresh strawberry and a hint of apricot. Perfect harmony between fruit and crisp acidity.
