Dark ruby colour, opaque core, violet reflections, delicate ochre rim. Fine heart cherries, plums, a hint of orange zest, underlaid with delicate precious wood nuances, mineral and multi-faceted, tobacco-like spice. Juicy, complex, elegant, sweet cherries, fine acidity structure, mineral and taut, ripe tannins, ripe cherries and delicate currants on the finish, sure ageing potential.

The Krutzler winery, now in its 5th generation as a family business, has traditionally worked almost exclusively with red wine for decades.

The family vineyard covers 12 hectares around Deutsch Schützen and the famous Eisenberg.
