Auf den tiefgründigen, kiesigen Dolomit-Kalk Böden entsteht ein filigraner Sauvignon-Typ mit ausgeprägter Frucht, die an Holunderblüte, Stachelbeere und exotische Früchte erinnert. Im Gaumen wirkt er ausgewogen und saftig. Die lebhafte Säure gibt dem Körper einen markanten Umriss. Typisch für den Sauvignon Selection ist die salzige Note am Gaumen, welche den Wein elegant in die Länge zieht.
