Vinification:

Harvested by hand, fermented on the skins in small steel tanks and matured for 18 months in new French and American barriques.

Tasting note:

Impenetrable dark red colour. Intense, profound bouquet, reminiscent of prunes, tobacco, black tea, leather and rum. Enormous fullness, lots of sweet fruit extract, dense tannin structure and port wine-like, warming consistency, notes of chocolate on the long finish.
