75 cl
Alcohol content: 14.5% vol.
Grape varieties: 91% Tinto Fino, 6% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Merlot
Vinification:
Following careful vinification, the wine is aged for around twelve months in French and American oak barrels, which enhances its structure, depth and elegance.
Tasting note:
Ripe cherries, blackberries and black plums characterise the range of aromas, complemented by subtle notes of spices, cocoa, balsamic undertones and a hint of oak. The texture is both dense and precise, underpinned by ripe tannins, lively freshness and remarkable length.
Alma Carraovejas:
Alma Carraovejas is a renowned Spanish Family-owned group of companies, which brings together leading wineries and first-class gastronomic ventures under a shared culture. The group was founded on the basis of the legendary winery Pago de Carraovejas established within the Ribera del Duero Designation of Origin (D.O.).
