Vinification:

Rosalis is made from 100 % Pinot Noir grapes, which are carefully selected and processed with particular care. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve the freshness and flavour of the grape variety. The vinification aims to bring out the lightness, elegance and floral finesse of the wine in the best possible way - modern, pure and straightforward.

Tasting note:

Rosalis is a delicate, light salmon pink in the glass - a colour that already hints at its freshness and finesse. The nose reveals fine, fragrant aromas of strawberries, raspberries and redcurrants, complemented by a subtle floral note reminiscent of rose petals. On the palate, it is light and elegant, with a well-integrated freshness and a gently flowing texture. The fruit takes centre stage, accompanied by a subtle spiciness and a fine, harmonious finish.
