Vinification:

The Alma Assemblage 2 was harvested by hand from 60 individual vineyards and 91 individual selections. Reserve wines of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from different vintages were selectively blended vertically to increase complexity. After 30 months of bottle fermentation, disgorgement and extra brut dosage of 3.5 g/L, the wine is matured in the bottle for six months.

Tasting note:

Fine perlage. A delicate bouquet of Mediterranean flowers combined with lively citrus notes, offering freshness and complexity. Dynamic and taut on the palate, with a mineral finish that adds depth and character. It reveals a striking acidity structure combined with profound balance and harmony. Its natural freshness is combined with stylistic maturity, creating a complete and flavourful experience right through to the lingering finish.

Bellavista Franciacorta:

Bellavista was founded in Franciacorta in 1977 by Vittorio Moretti, who decided to turn the small family-owned winery into a company. These first historic vineyards of exceptional quality are located on the Bellavista hill, named after its beautiful location. From there you can see Lake Iseo and the entire Po Valley as far as the Alps. The vines, which are on average 25 years old, are cultivated using the Guyot system.
