Vinification: Over 60-year-old vines from the Siglos vineyard; selective harvest by hand, controlled maceration with natural spontaneous yeast in stainless steel tanks, pressing after 10 days of maceration, followed by malolactic fermentation; maturation for 15-18 months in used French barriques.

Tasting note: Dark ruby-garnet colour, violet reflections, subtle edge brightening. Spicy nuances of precious wood, delicate notes of liquorice and black cherries, tobacco, underlaid with blackberry confit. Juicy, elegant, ripe cherries, freshly structured, balanced and well persistent, a versatile food companion.
