A lively and elegant wine with delicate aromas of violets, lemon oil, aniseed, liquorice and stony minerality. Bone-dry, medium-bodied and concentrated, with a silky texture, lively acidity and a finish of spring flowers and yellow grapefruit. Refined and taut. This is a multi-vintage wine, blending the 2023 and 2024 vintages. Made from organically grown grapes. Suitable for immediate enjoyment or for laying down.
