Vinifiaktion:
Traditional mash fermentation in steel tanks at 30 °C, maceration for 18 days, followed by malolactic fermentation.
Tasting note:
Deep dark ruby colour, opaque core, violet reflections, delicate edge brightening. Fine vegetal nuances, delicate hints of cassis, fresh figs, herbal nuances, underlaid with fine precious wood spice. Juicy, dense, complex, pleasant blueberry fruit, present tannins, chocolaty touch on the finish, nutty finish, will benefit from ageing in the bottle.
