Deep, pure, fresh and complex on the spicy, mineral, tightly structured nose, Chardonnay Malans Unique 2019 reveals stimulating lime, lemon and biscuit notes interwoven with ripe and elegant Chardonnay flavours. On the palate, the Chardonnay Malans Unique is full-bodied, rich and intense. It is a quite powerful and still somewhat phenolic, but taut, pure and persistently mineral Chardonnay with a still youthful tannic grip or even a certain astringency in the taut and concentrated, persistently salty finish.
