Vinification:

Fermentation in large, open wooden fermentation vats, all by hand, malolactic in barriques, ageing in special barriques that have a cigar-like shape and allow more contact with yeast, wood and air.Tasting note:

Deep dark ruby colour, opaque core, violet reflections, delicate edge brightening. Delicate notes of cherries with a hint of tobacco, fresh orange zest, dark forest berries in the background. Juicy, elegant, ripe cherries, powerful, round tannins, sweet extract on the finish, good length, fine nougat on the finish, definite ageing potential.
