Maturation in steel tanks
Tasting note:
Pale yellow; typical Sauvignon Blanc bouquet of exotic fruits, blackcurrants and fine salty notes; intense, finesse-rich flavours, full on the palate with a dense body, typical Rueda minerality, outstandingly balanced acidity, enormous fruit and aromas; palate-filling and with great length, juicy finish.
Vinos Sanz:
Formerly known as Bodegas Sanz, the old Vinos Sanz Rueda winery is now one of the most modern wineries in terms of oenology and technology. It is a traditional winery that can look back on a long winemaking history characterised by respect for the land, as the estate has passed from father to son since 1870.
