Alcohol content: 14% vol.
Grape varieties: 60% Manto Negro, 40% Srah
Vinifiaktion:
The best grapes from the Manto Negro and Syrah vineyards are selected for this limited production wine. The grapes are harvested by hand in 12kg crates. After the first selection in the field, a second selection takes place in the wine cellar, also by hand. Fermentation takes place partly in French oak barriques and partly in 4,600 litre steel tanks. The malolactic fermentation takes place in new French oak barrels, as does the 18-month ageing process.
Tasting note:
Complex nose, fruity notes of ripe cherries paired with smoky roasted flavours, eucalyptus, cloves and coffee. Noble and smooth on the palate, long-lasting with round, soft tannins, silky elegance with a long finish.

Finca Biniagual:
Located in Binissalem, the Biniagual winery is a family business with a long tradition. The first vines were planted at the beginning of the 19th century, which is why Binissalem is also considered the traditional wine capital of Mallorca. The wines from this region - including those from Biniagual - are also authorised to bear the D.O. designation. The oenologist responsible is the Frenchman Matthieu Pichenot.
