75 cl
Alcohol content: 11% vol.
Grape varieties: Chardonnay, Glera
Vinification:
100% Trentino Chardonnay grapes are vinified for this excellent sparkling wine. The base wine is matured for at least 5 years in the bottle using the "metodo classico", the traditional method of bottle fermentation on the lees.
Tasting note:
Brilliant golden yellow, very consistent perlage. Extremely clean on the nose. Complex flavour, aromas of apple, mango and ripe pineapple. Also roasted and ground coffee, a touch of vanilla and subtle honey notes. Harmonious and balanced on the palate. Persistent and delicate on the finish.
The Mionetto winery was founded in 1887 by the master winemaker Francesco Mionetto out of love and passion for viticulture and his homeland. Special wines have been cultivated on the hills around Valdobbiadene for almost 130 years, making our sparkling wines and Prosecco varieties stars of the international scene.
Mionetto:
For us, passion, tradition, research and excellence are the fundamental values of a winery. Mionetto is a modern and innovative brand with a focus on trends, but always looks back to its country of origin, Italy, in order to preserve the Italian core.

In 2008, Mionetto was acquired by the Henkell & Co. Group, based in Wiesbaden, one of Europe's largest sparkling wine producers.
