Vinification:

Fermentation in steel tanks and the Chardonnay partly in barriques. Subsequent maturation for approx. 6 months in steel tanks, followed by blending and bottling.

Tasting note:

Pale yellow with golden reflections. Complex bouquet with notes of citrus fruit, banana, pineapple and almonds. On the palate, the Nounat has a soft, creamy structure with a beautiful fullness, balanced with fresh, juicy acidity. It is not without reason that Nounat is considered one of the best white wines on the island!

Binigrau Winery:

The winery is located in Biniali. State-of-the-art technology is used to produce the wines, while traditional manual labour is maintained.

The vines themselves and the entire production process are subject to a system of environmentally friendly and ecological treatment, which endeavours to increase the quality of the grapes while respecting the natural development of the plant and the natural balance of the environment.

Cultivation is carried out with organic methods, using the ancient system of biodynamics for cultivation, pruning and harvesting.
