Vinifiaktion:

Hand-picked, gentle pressing and must clarification. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tank autoclaves at a controlled temperature of 10-12°C to retain a little natural CO2 in the wine. No malolactic fermentation in order to retain the already low acidity and thus the freshness of the wine.

Tasting note:

Aromas of lime and ripe bananas are captivating on the nose; the fresh palate begins with an elegant fruity sweetness, then becomes fuller in the middle and shows fine notes of gooseberries and pineapple, finishing wonderfully dry.

Cantina Vietti:

The Vietti winery is located in the historic centre of the world-famous wine village of Castiglione Falletto, in the heart of the Barolo region, surrounded by the picturesque hills of the Langhe. Vietti was founded at the end of the 19th century by Carlo Vietti. For four generations now, the Vietti family has cultivated the art of winemaking.
