Temperaturkontrollierte Gärung im Rotortank und Ausbau in franz. Barriques für 15 Monate (mind. 50% Neuholz), weitere 4 Monate im grossen Eichenholzfass und mind. 1 Jahr Flaschenlagerung.

Tasting note:

In der Nase zeigen sich vielschichtige Aromen nach reifer Cassisfrucht, Lorbeer, Rosmarin und Pfefferminze. Die beträchtliche Fruchtfülle ist von einem geschmeidigen Tanningerüst getragen, das den Abgang spektakulär in die Länge zieht.
