Vinification:

As always, the selection of the base wines is crucial, resulting in a final blend of up to 30 vintages, some of which are matured in small white oak barrels. The wine is left to mature in the cellar for at least four years, starting from the harvest.

Tasting note:

The Bellavista Rosé Brut Franciacorta DOCG sparkles in the glass with a white head of foam and a very fine, dense and persistent perlage. The elegant pink hues are captivating and, as the wine matures in the bottle, develop into a dusky pink. The bouquet offers delicate notes of white peach, followed by intense and appealing aromas of wild strawberries, citrus fruits, apple and a hint of freshly toasted bread. On the palate, this superb Franciacorta Rosé is pleasantly dry, with a delightful freshness, a very harmonious structure and an enchantingly delicate texture, featuring elegant notes of blackcurrant, blueberries and sweet almond in the long-lasting finish.

Bellavista Franciacorta:

Bellavista was founded in Franciacorta in 1977 by Vittorio Moretti, who decided to turn the small family-owned winery into a company. These first historic vineyards of exceptional quality are located on the Bellavista hill, named after its beautiful location. From there you can see Lake Iseo and the entire Po Valley as far as the Alps. The vines, which are on average 25 years old, are cultivated using the Guyot system.
